Is West Gas Service Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Ralph is Gas Safe registered, and every gas job is carried out and certified to current regulations. Ask to see the card when he arrives.
What plumbing work do you cover?
Leaks, taps, toilets, showers, radiators, pipework, hot water cylinders and general plumbing repairs, for homes, landlords and businesses.
Do you offer 24-hour emergency callouts?
Yes. If your boiler has failed or you have a leak, call any time and Ralph will tell you honestly how quickly he can get to you. If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999 first.
Do you provide landlord gas safety certificates?
Yes. We carry out annual landlord gas safety checks (CP12) and can remind you when the next one is due.
Do you install and service air conditioning?
Yes. We install and service air conditioning and air source heat pumps as well as gas boilers.
What areas do you cover?
West London and Surrey, including Feltham, Hounslow, Twickenham, Staines, Sunbury, Ashford and the surrounding TW, KT, SW and SL postcodes.
